The Morning Routing That Helped Me Generate 6 Figures

And no It's not waking up at 3 am 😅

Today’s Sponsor

I’m excited to announce that today’s issue is sponsored by Airbnb Takeoff Program and online coaching program focused on helping others get started with airbnb arbitrage (created by me) 😊 🏡

A huge factor of success stems from your morning routine and how diligent you are with following it.

Here is the morning routine I follow to make sure both my business and personal health and fitness goals are met.

Wealth steams from your health. If you are not healthy you cannot be expected to be wealthy either!

Follow along:

  • Wake up early

    • Whatever early means for you. For some early is 8am and for others 6am is considered early. Regardless wake up earlier than you normally would, preferably before sunrise to ensure a couple hours of peaceful, uninterrupted work!

  • Mindful meditation

    • Meditation is proven to help clear your mind, reduce stress, and improve your focus. One of my favorite people to follow for guided mediation is “Wim Hof” a world famous breath work coach. He does guided mediations on Youtube to help you learn to control your breathing and get into mindful meditation.

  • Exercise

    • As we all know working out has many physical and mental benefits. It boosts your energy levels, enhances mental clarity, and keeps you in good shape. So although me may not always want to engage in such activities, it is a must that we do so! It could be as simple as a morning walk or yoga session or as extreme as hiring a personal training or running a 5K. Whatever goal you can set for yourself and stick to!

  • Breakfast

    • Growing up our parents almost always said to us “breakfast is the most important meal of the day.” I never used to listen but as I’ve grown up I’ve come to realize this to be true! High protein breakfast is key, especially when you implement working out into your schedule.

  • Goal setting and visualizations

    • It is important to visualize your goals. Without doing so you can become overwhelmed and feel lost on how to accomplish them. Every day write your goals down and try to visualize you making them happen, you’ll thank me later!

  • Gratitude

    • Practicing and showing gratitude will take you farther than you can imagine. Without gratitude you are not showing your appreciation for the things in your life. As big as the car you drive, or business you own to as simple as the roof over your head or hot water coming from your shower. SHOW GRATITUDE! You will feel and see things from a totally new perspective moving forward.

This is your sign to get into a better morning routine! Maybe you will decide to implement these into your morning routine or create your own but either way find something that works for YOU and you will be so much happier.

I hope you enjoyed this weeks newsletter, see you next week!
