I’ve hosted over 5,000 people in 2023 alone with my STR properties, from networking with other host and chatting with my guest the majority of them have said amenities are their top priority. With a lot of people still working from home, longer stays are becoming more and more common & guest are filtering for these top 10 amenities when looking for a place to book.
