In the ever-evolving world of Airbnb hosting, guest expectations continue to rise. Quality Bedding 🛌

A good night’s sleep can make or break a guest's stay. Invest in comfortable mattresses, soft sheets with a high thread count, and a variety of pillows to cater to different preferences.

Amenities 🏊‍♀️

If your Airbnb has an outdoor space, make the most of it. Even if the unit itself doesn’t have many amenities, look for properties and apartment complexes that do. This could be a patio, balcony, or pool/hot tub, outdoor lounge spaces, BBQ grill or a hammock. The opportunities are endless!

Equipped Kitchen 👩‍🍳

Even if guests aren’t keen on cooking, having the option to is valuable. Stock the kitchen with pots, pans, air fryer, blender, utensils, oil, salt, pepper, and a few basic spices. Also, ensure there's a working stove, microwave, and fridge.
