Now I must say, this is definitely the deal of the week. If you aren't familiar with Truckee, it's a smaller town in California that borders Nevada. It's surrounded by resorts, lakes, mountains and only an hour from South Lake Tahoe.

The average revenue per year on a short term rental in this town is over 100K, with this home specifically projected to bring in 174K. It's right next to the lake and has sweeping mountain views from the back deck. Oh, and there's a hot tub included that isn't pictured on the document.

So we went on Rabbu and compared this home to others in the area with a pool and were able to get a new estimate of 118K. In addition, this owner is super flexible and willing to include everything (utilities, lawn care, pool maintenance) into one flat rate!

This fully furnished home is available and the owner is ready to sign a lease ASAP! I'm big on the San Diego market right now, there's a ton of opportunity to pick up some great deals before the city stops issuing licenses!
